We would like to apologies if you have emailed us since our new website went live 2 weeks ago but have not

received a reply. There were some technical issues that we were not aware of and so none of those emails were


As of today if you contact us through the website you will receive a reply within 24 hours. (except over weekends)

  1. In March I ordered your upcoming steyr heavy cars. I was told that you would send a bonus sprue of my choice if we were patient and waited for the kit to be re-released. I did and requested a sprue from the universal carriers. Well I have recieved my steyrs but no mention of bonus sprue any longer. I can also not access my account with your new web site.

    Hello, just wanted to know if you have a tracking number for my order (5283). It was shipped out almost three weeks ago and just wanted to make sure it was making it here ok.

      Hi Daniel your order shipped via Royal Air Mail on the 12th December so should really have
      been with you by now however there are severe hold ups with global post delivery left over
      from Xmas so hopefully it will be with you shortly. If you have not received it in the next
