The Plastic Soldier Company Ltd supplies its range of wargames products worldwide using the standard delivery service from the Post Office for all orders under 2kilos. Over 2 kilos and your order will be shipped with UPS
Most products are held in stock and, therefore, orders will normally be despatched within three working days. Where items are out of stock, these will normally be despatched within two weeks, dependent on manufacturing considerations. If your order consists of some items which are out of stock you will be issued with a refund for these items and the post charged for them and the rest of the order will be shipped. You will be notified about this on shipping.
Please be aware that despite our prompt shipping times delivery across the globe in some areas is very slow and delayed. This is sadly out of our control so if you want a more reliable service please opt for courier tracked and signed when you reach the shipping option in your purchase process. We cannot guarantee any delivery times with Royal Mail.
Parcels under 2 kilos will not be shipped with a tracking facility unless you specifically request it.
Postage and packing is charged on the total value of the order at the following rates:
Within the UK – 10% (£2.95 minimum shipping charge)
Outside the UK but within Europe* – 35% + the customer will be responsible for paying their own taxes and duties
Rest of the World – 35%
USA 30%
