Just wanted to make you aware that postal delivery globally continues to be extremely
slow with some parcels sent to the US this year having taken 8-10 weeks to arrive.
We have been told that increased shipping volumes has put severe strain on the US postal
system and that this is probably the cause.
We understand that Royal Mail are also struggling with slow movement of post due to sickness,
shortage of staff, resourcing etc…
Please be assured that your orders are posted out as quickly as we can produce/dispatch them,
any delays in delivery are sadly due to various postal system failures.
